I think a reasonable person would read this PR and make the assumption that GE initiated the testing. It is certainly reasonable for you to disagree, but if it was merely a test in rentable testing lab paid for by Borque I would think whoever wrote that PR would certainly fit the mold of a spin doctor. Just my .02.
