Now think about this... If DKAM already has dumped 400 million of it's 500 million shares into the float, which some of us believe, then how will they get enough shares to give Cabo 49%?

Is a reverse split in the equation? Bout the only way I can see it happening or increase the OS to 1 billion shares and issue them all.

Either way, those holding shares now get massive dilution... again.
