Actually, what he has done here is not legal! It is a scam! Broken promises, more promises, manipulation and more lies. The SEC will catch him and when it does, it is not pretty for him. Unfortunately, it is not pretty all around. There is a penny stock fraud division now and it is actively seeking stock manipulators like Ken.
