Depending on Rebel financials, the additional acquistions and looking at the share structure it seems to me that there is a lot more to this deal than whats on the surface. They left the float as it was but issued more restricted shares for the big guys. A deal of this size would not be of much interest to the big boys unless we were talking big bucks. A few pennies per share would not be big bucks to most big guys from Wall Street. Mr. Remo has big time wall street connection. Finally, Dante64 you may use the ignore button for my post. GLTA
