The energy goes into the APPEARANCE of legitimacy.
NOT legitimacy, because there really is none at all to display.

There were posts bandied about also claiming it cost too much to
update the website as the reason not to put up the financials.
Funny, they find the money to correct *errors* in the company statements.

It should be pretty simple to up load the financials to the web
site in addition to other changes and therefore spread the cost
around.

Then there is the little matter that they also paid $4600 for an
annual 'subscription' to be able to upload to Pink Sheets and only
did it once.

*Precious* money wasted everywhere.
