My GRAFF certificate had the number 400 something.

Whether that means I am the 400 something stockholder, I don't know. I would be interested if someone had 500 something written in the corner. I think the magic number is 499 stockholders when certain Shareholder Rights kick in. What specific rights those are, I don't know. GLTY
