The stock is currently stuck on the grey sheets, once they satisfy what the SEC requires we should be back on the OTCBB. I doubt any of us are going to be able to take advantage of the cheap shares "someone" is gobbling up in the meantime. I haven't heard any shareholder even indicating they can trade this yet. So far we know that Fidelity isn't. If the company continues with positive news regarding their oil find, it would be highly unlikely that this company is going to be a "dud" any time soon IMO.
There are over 3M shares short and only few are covering. They are waiting for even lower prices. I called my broker to put a GTC order to cover at $0.35 but you can't place such an order while the stock is in the grey market and you can't place any orders from an electronic platform. I will call again when it's around those prices.
