Sales are definately growing. Distributor & State expansion, the lowering cost of goods (tax breaks), and Lions Brewery uptick in hiring are great indicators. Longer-term distributors are definately reordering. As far as I see locally, the product continues to be restocked, and continues to get shelf space.
(It would be appreciated by all if Rheingold is sold in your community that you keep the board updated.)
Add on top of that new distributor orders and we should see a handsome revenue uptick. Not enough to make a gigantic difference to improve (net loss significantly), but big enough to establish a trend of revenue betterment, quarter over quarter, and a "traders-smile".
It's also very impressive that PK continues to sign more distributors. I really don't know how he gets that done.
No one is being forced to carry the product. It's willingly being done. Like any other business, new distributors will check the references (older distributors). If it was "dead on arrival", they wouldn't carry Rheingold, but they do and that's an inferred testimonial.
If the $250,000 short term loan comes through, and it's used for advertising, things are going to become a lot more FUN around here this summer.
