Is there an agreed upon methodology which will be used by both parties in determining the present valuation of Federal contracts with have multiple, optional renewal periods?



Yes, there is! Close the deal before the federal contract is rewarded to any party!

I think the risk of non-finalization of the acquisition is minimal:

- The companies already speak as one voice in project proposals

- up-listing requires audited financial statements on a consolidated basis. I highly doubt that GTGP would be preparing its own financials now only to start another set of audited financials once the acquisition is indeed completed. "Finishing up" their financials must already include the financials of the target company.

- There are many benefits for MSE of becoming publicly listed

- The acquisition is funded by a third party which is also hired for valuation purposes.
