If Vincent had any of the financials completed for the delinquent years he certainly can post them. All I hear from USRI are excuses it is not about long term investment it is about results oriented management.

And the history of this "long term play", as it's history of trading as USRI is, so far, falling from 24 cents (the last close of VYGO) to 5 cents, a decline of almost 80%!! Is that correct?
