Mexcor sells Drinks products nationally. They do all of the heavy lifting. Drinks has not stated whether or not they will use Mexcor to sell their new products ie. sparkling vodka, but drinks does have that option.
So DKAM has to sell Worldwide products in order to get cash???
In addition to the shares of common stock for the distribution rights to each of the new products, otheWorldwide will make a capital contribution in the Company of no less than $1.5 million, through cash provided by the sale of Worldwide products by Drinks or rwise. Upon the consummation of the transaction, Worldwide will have acquired an interest not to exceed 49% of the Company.
