You have to admit that a so called long that "trades around a core position" is really more of a hybrid between a long and a trader. (I would suspect one metamorphosing into the other(maybe they are identifying with the silkworms too much, LOL).

And in my book, a "long" who sells out his entire position in hopes of buying back cheaper is one whose metamorphosis is complete but who just hasn't come out of his/her cocoon yet.
