You know what, Sean, you're probably right about no long term interest, however they DO have an interest. My guess though is that'll receive a hefty sum ($10,20,30 million?) once the PPA closes and the construction contract is sealed. Then we won't bother you anymore. You'll get a formal statement from the company regarding the SEC stuff this week- my guess. Any rumors around town about WHEN the PUC will decide?
