As I understand it, some tenants of the deal(s) are yet to be completed. So, I would expect that everything will be made public when all facets are complete. The current situation precludes issuing anything, as repeatedly advised. If they tried to satisfy your longings now some malcontent would probably write up a dozen more online LLEG beefs to the SEC. You've been here long enough to know the game.
Like Christmas, ...you will just have to cross your fingers and try to interpret the lumps in your stocking - or cheat and shake the boxes. . Patience is a virtue, they say.
