Another misguided investor. Daic did not want it all in the beginning. He wanted shares due to him per Mendoza. CLYW could have done that. They did not and he got a ridiculous judgement which basically gave him the patent as a backstop. Then he settled again in the Bill of Review for much less than "all of it", but CLYW failed to deliver. My guess he would still settle even now just to avoid having a mis-trial with T-Mobile as CLYW will not longer own the patent. But alas, Williams and the brain trust board would rather piss away every last dime than to settle and make much more dimes for the investors.

Your anger should be directed not at Daic but at your board of directors and CEO who have botched this thing from day one. Instead all we get is praise for Williams whose ego and personal grudge against Daic cost you your entire investment. Competent unemotional management of CLYW would have settled long ago and CLYW would not be broke and done.
