As far as I know everything is still moving forward on the Arcland side
despite it being over the 90 days on the LOI.

We'll see if they can pull it off.

He says he is a newbie investor and decided to buy some PGPM based on what another poster told him. Cardinal rule #1 trust nobody but yourself. He also says with no volume it's the best time to buy. Cardinal rule #2 volume before price.

Newbies must realize that 99% of pinkies are scams or never work out until a new shell is taken over. Be careful and trade the stock but don't marry it. The trick is to beat these b*st*rd CEO's at their own game before they beat you.
