ok I called Mr. Bonar about the shareholder meeting and it is not on the 1st. They are waiting on the registrants list to to put out a filing with the date. Said it should be sometime this week or begginning of next when they file the meeting date/place etc...with SEC

Hope that clears it up. I am sorry for the confusion. That was my fault
