I've eaten at Crustacean, and it was great!

But, you're right - numbers would really help. My feeling is by saying "installation" and not "sale" they are likely trying the system out first. It's still good news, but it won't be great news until they purchase a unit. At that point, I think other three, four, and five star restaurants will follow suit.

Maybe if you have a chance you can drop Michael an email and ask for some details.
