It's a good question, I assumed that the shipment came by sea simply because its a lot cheaper than air. Maybe someone here on the board knows how the shipment arrived. As for the paper work for international shipments, there might be a delay, but you can guess all day long as to why the paper work is delayed or being scrutinize unless your a customs official...and sometimes even they are waiting for answers when a shipment is on hold for a longer period of time.
