FALSE.... MAK has no connection to QSGIQ.

The Michael Kaufmann that is the Managing Member of MAK Capital Fund and is not the same Michael A. Kaufmann that represented QSGIQ.

MAK Capital , the hedge fund, owns shares through purchase in those companies but is not a law firm and does not represent any companies in bankruptcy.
