I'm having the same problem with everything being oversold. I don't know what to post? If the market goes up, the big board stocks probably will too. Pick a favorite and go with it, lol.

Thanks for posting CIM. I will accumulate some for Mom's income fund account. I have one account set up for nothing but high yielding income funds on a DRIP. My plan is to use these market dips to our advantage and accumulate on the cheap.

I've got her into DHY and CFP now. I'm thinking of decreasing my DHY position (a rise in interest rates hurt bonds-I "feel" that its coming) and rolling into something else. The ex-date is tomorrow (6/14)- a decrease in pps is good for the re-investment plan. Its only bad when I'm ready to sell out and collect on the shares themselves.

GTY is another REIT that I'm fond of.
