hey brad, ive been in TADF since its inception in 2006, and they have never done a R/S. they have however, repurchased shares several times. I would imgine they go this route, since there is a precedent for it. A r/s is usually seen negatively by shareholders, and tac-air/tadf have repeatedly said that they want to increase shareholder value and move up to a more liquid exchange. glta
