What was the rationale behind the risk of embarking on the time/$$ sapping exercise that this new building appears to have been? was it 100% necessary
from the limited DD I've down over the past day, looks to have put them in a real sink or swim scenario, or am I missing something?
looked to buy in yesterday... but erring on the side of keeping powder dry as current sentiment seems to point to a better entry point.... 20/20, eh.

what worries me most is the real possibility that their revs will fall to below $60 million and net profit margins will dive to 10% to 15%... so we'll have a terrible beginning to the promised year...
but the huge building will continue to be a drag for another 6 months, or perhaps they will be out of cash to complete it. and they are stuck with inability to invest in developing their patented drugs and the competition kills them where there are no exclusive rights. so the situation is very shaky.
