the more i think about it the more i feel this is not a good sign.. the news we were waiting for was Ark.. now what.. wait for news about the bonds.. no thanks.. IMO Val had to come up with this bond pr so he wouldn't have to say the Ark deal fell apart.. IMO that is why he used the language seeking parallel financing to sneakily explain the situation.. EMZ i think is smarter than Val LOL.. therefore.. pulling out boys.. Hope I'm wrong.. good luck guys..

after some time to review , digest and inquire , i have come up w similar thoughts


first of all

yes u r correct that the bonding does not mean as some suggested that the ARK deal is done

quite the contrary

the bonding is put in place to provide security for the lender or lenders

again, Val has been working w several sources

the bonding is like an insurance policy for the lending party ( E feel free to correct me if i am wrong w any of this as this is what i found while doing a little research )

and i agree w u 3 that hard assets are probably being used to secure the bonding

$36 mil plus valuation of assets in the DR

so again everything moving along folks

i will keep buying under a penny

they did this to me Fri and again today i put in for another 50k today at the 0098 ask and just like Fri when i put in for 50k at 0096, they filled me w 5 k and moved the ask up immediately to 0113( on Fri it went from 0096 to 0115)
