Yep look at the assets: With what I have invested I can claim
ownership of about 80% of the office furniture. lol not serious!
Actually these are lower than actual as this is
fiscal ending 12/31/10

more land contracts: 1-What good are they when they can't produce on existing land!!!
more Equipment: 2-use less if the end sum is zero at this point.
more Farm additions: great for feeding the natives but not the shareholders.
etc. etc
