Either news not hit yet, OR share holders shell shocked.

Think, if you had stock and sold, you're not going to be very happy right now.

If you have your stock, you have to think, should I stick it for 20 more days or so until the 8/9th of July?

Still thinking, "Do I trust UBRG at this point".

Still thinking, "Hum, 10K, is that today, tomorrow, next week?"

For me, because I was not invested on 31 March, it is more just strange, and OK, I will wait for the stock as long as it is within 10% value range of say .07 cents.
