I wrote that it "will be eligible to resume trading on 6/21." Whether or not it actually will trade on 6/21 remains to be seen, but my guess is that it will (sporadically and erratically). And yes, it will be on the grey sheets. As you can see here, it's already listed as being on the grey market:
