...not sure if you've caught up on learning the MMX product yet, but as most know..
MMX is free to join, and free members may use much of the website with that free membership..
PAID memberships come into play if one wants to enter the contests.....use the editing tool (again, contest related), or join Howie D VIP section (your view of Howie D noted, however immaterial it is)....
social networking, and even uploading/sharing videos is all part of free membership...oh, including messaging back and forth with the artists, and "friending" them...
so again, what exactly was the part that you think should be free but isn't?
