I agree, My guess is, a large build up will be preceded by an initial set of processors being fielded and paid for to allow for the practical learning curve to help in working out the business model. Judging by the way John has preceeded in carefully engineering and perfecting P20, I think he will be just as careful in designing the management mechanisms for the launch and an excellerating business expansion.
