Jerry...don't be fooled. JD Brown and others from Expo Holdings read this board. They react to it. Rest assured once any discussion begins on a public record cache anywhere, that will be the LAST date you ever source a current record from that site. Not because any would ever be removed or altered as that is very nearly impossible and would be impossible for Expo Holdings. Because for whatever reasons the records were being filed there, that procedure that puts them there will likely have been altered by the terms and the way the company secures their loans so UCC filings don't appear there any longer. That is just my theory, but I'm sticking with it. All IMHO.
