Hey Believer -- Good to hear from you, and I basically do the same thing as you with NVSR, which is check on it from time to time. I really thought that the combo of NVSR and EFFC, which had been proposed a few years ago, would have been a great team to develop these kinds of devices, which is why I took a small position in NVSR in the first place -- only to see it go down 99% after the reverse split.
I never had any direct contacts with JS, though, did you? If you've read some of my few posts here, I'm pretty skeptical, because all I'm hearing is promises and buzz words like "partnering." I used to practice corporate law in my early career, and I can tell you that real companies don't "partner" -- they enter partnership agreements or joint ventures or they form new entities like LLPs or LLCs.
Another buzz word I've noticed that is a red flag is "positioned" -- any time a company says that, I become twice as skeptical, because it's all wishful speculation.
And by the way, I am still a shareholder in EFFC, although I did get rid of most of my holdings -- I have this feeling that with all the big-money investors in that stock, something still may happen to resurrect it.
Best regards,
Dave
