endorse your june 17th sentiments..minimum expectation is announced fight date, and track survey completed ready for next step (bids?)..update software project and kiosks. not expecting answers for all projects at one time, but fight date seems reasonable and attainable now. also, announcing the next stage of horsetrack is timely..short of this would be very disappointing.
