No offense, but I think you didn't even understand my post, or it's relevance to Medinah. I regularly earn a multiple over my hourly rate providing "expert"(their term, not mine) testimony in securities litigation, so yeah, I have more than a merely conversational idea of what I speak of. Do you? Among other regulated responsibilities brokers are required to provide suitable recommendations for investments, as well as the duty to supervise client's investments.
If you disagree with my perspective that the non-investment quality of Medinah provides potential exposure to the very brokers who earn commissions on the sale of said investment, you are at best, naive.
