This is now starting to sound more and more like someone who has a grudge against LLEG. These issues seem just like a misunderstanding.
I beleive it's a person who couldn't locally get support for his cursade, so he tried the SEC.

Thanks for posting that.... Of course the SEC just happen to look at EVERY WEB site for EVERY Company to see that right?? I am a firm believer that people who FOUGHT so hard to stop BERLIN could be behind so much of this.

There is NO logic to believe that THE SEC just happened to pick LLEG to check out.. LOLOLOL..

Nice letter from Mike. Concise, to the point and showing again, another misunderstanding from the SEC due to their NON-communication with LLEG before ACTING. This makes 2 things from the web. I remember the cartoon to which he refers. It clearly said "from the Berlin Daily Sun" captioned right there next to it. So this is 2 matters now clearified to us involving misunderstood items on a LLEG web page which could have been cleared up with a simple phone call.

What will we find out next? Did they object to Mike having his picture on the web site standing next to a car because it wasn't biomass powered? LOL.

Sure looks like the SEC was looking out for us here folks. They took offense not knowing, due to POOR research, that the SEC referred to in the cartoon was the NHSEC, NOT the USSEC.

I wish we were given the opportunity to answer questions before this happened, but we weren't...

AGAIN, judgement without even asking a single question, that is not right.

I have many years of work and the majority of my net worth tied up in this company, as do my colleagues.

For those new here, as I stated before, Mike has invested his own money in the company, taken stock rather than repayment in cash, and not sold off his shares. He is in the same boat as us.

Hang in there. Our company isn't going anywhere and we will get through this.

We have not lied or taken anything from anyone.
