any facts at all to add to the cons list. the 8 k would be part of #1 fbcd super rad deal not 100% done but shares have exchanged hands n that was filed. just waiting on completion

is there a #2

someone said dilution but DD shows no dilution or even signs of it.
but DD does show 39.5 million shares cancel n the O/S was already reduced making that a fact.
