With alittle news the price will go way $2.25 so the PPS is not the issue and i understand why they would be wanting to buy a block at a fixed price that to me is quite reasonable.I think the question is are they willing to sell a block of shares i was on the understanding that would not be available for sale....JMO

Yeah, thought of that just now too. They could pick up a bunch below their average and the rest above to come out where they want. $1M at $2.5/share yields "only" 400,000 shares.
