well if I was the ceo of a company and I had a cc I would expect people to act like mature adults. That being said yes it could have been better but I don't think the companies was rude or unprofessional like some posters claim. In my oppinion if someone was having an argument with thier woman or whoever and they were obviously not listning why would they bother staying on the call. By the way I agree with what you are saying but adding my 2cents in
