all I know to be true is that Piper and PWC were engaged by the audit committee on or about May 3, 2011, and no one has announced a resignation yet -- some 5 1/2 weeks later.

I strongly suspect that Piper/PWC have a pretty good handle on what did and did not happen at CCME by now.

beyond that.... we wait.

one other thing: I believe we can confidently infer that senior mgmt has been cooperating with the Piper/PWC forensic audit activities. IMO, there's absolutely no way Piper/PWC elect to stick with it otherwise.
