Yes, he said that FINRA has sent them the paperwork back twice and asked them to use different wording, he said he has submitted it for the 3rd time and believes that it is correct. I have the audio, as soon as I find a player for the MPeg4 file I will post the link.

All paperwork has been submitted to FINRA, they were going back and forth with FINRA "requiring" more things to be submitted, but Michael said is under process, did not mention anything about an estimated time of approval.
