Mancan, I'm not sure where to start so I guess I'll start at the I can't believe hearing R/S part. If you read my post, really read it all of it and get past the gasp of the R/S and keep going you will note that we are talking about a very "non" standard pink here that isn't just another scam play. I would agree with you on your assessment of other R/S Pinks and a. you wouldn't see me here posting at all or b. I would have already played it, flipped it and moved on as with most of my other pink plays.
This is PIHN and in my opinion not just another run of the mill pink. Again if this acquisition goes through again in my opinion this company has a chance to make a very real go of it and a R/S would "not" necessarily be a bad thing and would in fact get the share structure at a much more manageable level.
My key words in the post were "with acquisition and depending on how it was funded"
We will see very soon all the tidbits and where they and we fit into them again IMO
I've been active in stocks and pinks over two years, not a pro but I get by pretty well and this one is more than a hobby "right now" for sure for me.
