California Form 700 document states, California Senator Mimi Walters is the Majority Shareholder of Remote Dynamics, Inc. RMTD is a Publicly Traded GPS Tracking Corporation on the OTC Pink Marketplace.
7/22/2010 Publicly held Remote Dynamics, Inc.'s "Rediview" GPS Tracking assets were sold to privately held Telogis, a New Zealand based Telematics Company.
Currently shareholders were never updated to the facts of the deal even though RMTD CEO Gary Hallgren is now the VP, Corporate Strategy at Telogis. The price of Remote Dynamics Inc. still remains the same RMTD @.0001, leaving shareholders wondering if they were Bamboozled by the Senator and her husband.

Sorry I have no idea about any of this at this moment, still trying to get my breath back....... You need to get you answers from someone who knows more about this then I do.......At a loss right now........
If this is true, Walters gained money through being one of the secured creditors and SCREWED US ............. Some day what goes around comes around so they say........
