A message for common shareholders who maintain thorough records. As of June 10,2011 this company has still never issued any type of an official statement concerning a Nevada SOS Entity Action Heading which the company filed on Feb, 1,2011. That's been over 4 months now.
I spoke with management in April and requested that "if" this Nevada SOS stock split action filing was somehow an error as SMB rumor is proclaiming, then shareholders need to see this "error" explanation by stating this an official PR.
Expo Holdings management refused that request on the grounds that that this type of PR would not be appropriate. It's downright disgraceful and cowardly conduct. Disgraceful because I still remember a past PR about a Window World franchise taking on Expo's new non-patented, non-trademarked cabinetry line.
That PR is still there without a following "appropriate explanation" of what happened.
