Chesterfield, you wrote: "Not sure how strong the hands are that hold the warrants."

That's a Q i have.... how many of these folks will have done the d.d. and the math based on suggestive statements by CEO Larry and sr. geologist Norm Tribe and slides at AMY's online pdf presentation that indicate AMY's old plan of processing 3,500 tonnes/day of throughput or 110M lbs/year of EMM is most likely to be replaced with a MUCH bigger operation that will be doing 300M to 600M lbs/year EMM, with another (who knows?) 20M, 30M, 50M of EMD/LMD powder for the battery industry.... And that, even with 20-30% offtake for a JV partner to fund them into full production, AMY would still be achieving ridiculously high annual EPS of 2.00 - 6.00 on such output amounts (depending on just how much produced for each segment and also the price of EMM/EMD).

In other words, how many of these 40-cent warrant-holders know that if they just wait 3 years they can very likely realize 5,000% gains (when s/p hits at least $20), not just immediate 40%-50% gains?

The coming days/weeks will show whether it's patient hands or impatient hands holding the warrants.

I assume there'll be a lot of IMPATIENT folks wanting the quick 40%-50% gains or less. Which will drive down the price from here to low 0.50s or even into the 0.40s. I'll be a very happy camper buying a LOT more shares down there if that happens, since i was late to this party (arriving in late March 2011) and would love to radically lower my cost basis.... It will be like getting a bunch of $20 bills for 50 cents each.

So i'm not at all worried or concerned for the longer term. There are far too many "great news" catalysts ahead and what looks like one of the great mining success stories whenever AMY gets into production as the lowest-cost and most eco-friendly producer of EMM, EMD, LMD in the world. Manganese = likely "the most critical/strategic metal on the planet." According to the criteria laid out in that National Research Council publication on critical minerals.
