Actually at this point wouldnt one of the market makers have the say here?, from what i can tell the SECs involvement is pretty well done now its ANWMs job to file the documents needed to be considered by a market maker to get back on the pinks.
Right now we need to find out the scope of the SEC investigation. If it is just to get our filings completed their role will be minimal. Doing the filings correctly, getting Market Maker support and satisfying FINRA will take priority. Most important to me is getting any M&A deals PR'd!
