Slot parlors from what I have been told are a dime a dozen in Central America (and don't generate much money) so don't expect any kind of local media coverage or big deal coverage etc of one opening.
My sources have also told me you rent/lease a space and then rent/lease the machines for a percentage of the revenues and that's it your in the slot parlor business.
