Thanks. Following your replied analysis, it appears that the Debentures do have Price reset provisions attached to them.

I will suggest that your rationale as to why Resets won't happen, because "to much stock has been accumulated in the open market to let that happen", is certainly not the actual experience of many many penny stocks; even those with hundreds of millions of Shares already in the float and easily liquid.

This stock is so ILliquid, that even $2500 worth of shares on the sale block would take it to .001; or lower.

Since you know the answer but didn't respond to it directly, I had to provide my interpretation of your wordsmithing, so let me once again ask you point blank. .. whether the debentures will result in actually being reset or not, do the Debentures have Price Reset capability provisions as a component of the explicit terms ?
