I cannot understand how one can write off a website and business plan after only 7 months of existence. Imagine if our CEO was that impatient, and just said "ok guys, its been 7 months, we tried and we are not all millionaires yet, so we are shutting it down, sorry".

a broad understanding, patience, and a bit of faith is required, if you dont want to loose your will. IMO of course.
