With all due respect, that concept does not seem to be on DGRI's agenda. It appears that the agenda is to buy Arizona, put it into production and use the net proceeds to grow the company at Basin Gulch and perhaps otherwise. I also think that it is going to take more time than you think to underwrite any kind of deal, whether it be financing or a JV, than you might think. It could be that one or more potential investors are in play contingent upon the company meeting specific underwriting criterion for Basin Gulch. Let's keep going for the gold!
