Your post speaks to my response quite well - you have your doubts and I disagree.
What I thought you missed was this; they filed a 10K which is more important than the q's - the K covers the period of two of the q's and a 3rd probably won't shed any great light.
The 2nd item I believe that you missed was that the people who are giving of their time to the company aren't doing so because they are into charity work. They believe in what they are doing and they opted in the Form 4 filings to prove that by taking shares. As a reminder, "The men that work for QTMM are all wealthy with day jobs and I don;t know if SS really had anything else to offer-". I disagree with that - that's not an attack on you but I don't think your statement holds water. Just my opinion.

As a science teacher I think that you know that analysis is done on fact and not emotion. Please take a moment to read your post and then tell me it's not laden with emotion. I mean no harm to you but I disagree with what you present as fact. Had you included the other side of this, meaning the positive, along with your concerns in a non-emotional way - I'd have to agree. There are issues.
In the end, I was sincere in wishing you - what you deserve and did not try to guess what that is. I hope your patience is rewarded and that of all others on the board. GLuck
