About your L2 contribution:
How is that L2 ask is SO thin, and bid is SO large, yet, we also almost always seem to be headed down?...
I ask, why, why, why...
I think when this gets solid few million share buys @ ask we are back at 0.10 per share...
Btw, we still have ~229M / 50,000M outstanding [from the authorized lot] and the rest is still up for grabs. Thing is, there is nothing to be diluted here... we are at .0045 and par value is .001
Also, this means that the majority shareholder's shares would also become nearly worthless... Would Centurion want to commit to up to a $10M purchase of common stock in a worthless company? I think not... I think we have very strong 10K coming up, and the 10Q upcoming next, is going to be a lot stronger.
I think we should focus our energies to the statements already given to us (8K, June 9, 2011):
"...Company further approved an increase in the authorized capital of the Company to fifty billion (50,000,000,000) shares of common stock enhance its opportunities of structuring various investments for financing from certain investment groups..."
"...June 6, 2011, the Board of Directors and the shareholder holding a majority of the voting rights of the Company..."
IMO this means we have more financing deals along the way, and also, don't you all think that a jump in authorized shares from 1B to 50B is pretty dramatic, to be done so lightly? Shouldn't there be a massive surge to justify that? Aren't strong sales an indicator of a strong company's common stock?
Would the majority shareholder cut a deal with the Board, that would render his majority stake in the company worthless?
Maybe this really will turn into a multi-million dollar company...
